顆粒包裝機(jī)用途：該機(jī)適用于醫(yī)藥，食品，日化等行業(yè)中的松散狀，無粘結(jié)性顆粒狀物料并有計(jì)量要求的中小袋自動(dòng)包裝，如：沖劑，麥片，咖啡，結(jié)晶狀物料（味精，白糖，食鹽等），細(xì)小丸物料（中成藥，干燥劑）等。

顆粒包裝機(jī)特點(diǎn)：
- 該機(jī)采用進(jìn)口PLC可編程控制器，并配置中英文顯示屏操作，從而使設(shè)備操作簡(jiǎn)單，設(shè)定方便，自動(dòng)化程度高。
- 采用步進(jìn)電機(jī)與驅(qū)動(dòng)使拉袋精確度更高，良好的驅(qū)動(dòng)器性能使得噪聲低，拉袋平穩(wěn)而快速。
- 采用*的光電控制系統(tǒng)，袋子長(zhǎng)度可在顯示屏直接操作設(shè)定，且對(duì)版準(zhǔn)確。
- 采用全不銹鋼外罩，耐腐蝕性高，清理衛(wèi)生方便，符合GMP要求。
- 可選配置各種大小容積式計(jì)量的量杯，切斷方式可選用平切，連袋點(diǎn)切或鋸齒形，并可選配色帶熱打碼機(jī)。

- Shell is made of full stainless steel, with high corrosion resisting, easy to clear.
- Options for configuring different capacity measuring cup and cutting way: saw-tooth cutting dashed line cutting.
