1、循環(huán)管道泵的總流量不應(yīng)小于管網(wǎng)總設(shè)計(jì)流量，當(dāng)熱水鍋爐出口至循環(huán)管道泵的吸入口裝有旁通管時(shí)，應(yīng)計(jì)入流經(jīng)旁通管的流量。



2、循環(huán)管道泵的流量-揚(yáng)程特性曲線，在水泵工作點(diǎn)附近應(yīng)比較平緩，以便在網(wǎng)路水力工況發(fā)生變化時(shí)，循環(huán)管道泵的揚(yáng)程變化較小。一般單級水泵特性曲線比較平緩，宜選用單級水泵作為循環(huán)管道泵用。

3、循環(huán)管道泵的承壓、耐溫能力應(yīng)與熱網(wǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)相適應(yīng)。循環(huán)管道泵多安裝在熱網(wǎng)回水管上。循環(huán)管道泵允許的工作溫度，一般不能低于80℃。如安裝在熱網(wǎng)供水管上，則必須采用耐高溫的熱水循環(huán)管道泵。

 

4、循環(huán)管道泵的工作點(diǎn)應(yīng)在水泵高效工作范圍內(nèi)。

 

 

5、循環(huán)管道泵臺(tái)數(shù)的確定，與熱水供熱系統(tǒng)采用的供熱調(diào)節(jié)方式有關(guān)。循環(huán)管道泵的臺(tái)數(shù)不得少于兩臺(tái)，其中一臺(tái)備用。當(dāng)四臺(tái)或四臺(tái)以上水泵并聯(lián)運(yùn)行時(shí)，可不設(shè)置備用水泵，采用集中質(zhì)調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)，宜選用相同型號(hào)的水泵并聯(lián)工作。

 

6、多熱源聯(lián)網(wǎng)運(yùn)行或采用*質(zhì)量-流量調(diào)節(jié)的單熱源供熱系統(tǒng)，熱源的循環(huán)管道泵應(yīng)采用變頻調(diào)速泵。

 

7、當(dāng)熱水供熱系統(tǒng)采用分階段改變流量的質(zhì)調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)，各階段的流量和揚(yáng)程不同。為節(jié)約電能，宜選用流量和揚(yáng)程不等的泵組。

 

8、對具有熱水供應(yīng)熱負(fù)荷的熱水供熱系統(tǒng)，在非供暖期間網(wǎng)路流量遠(yuǎn)小于供暖期流量，可考慮增設(shè)熱水負(fù)荷用的循環(huán)管道泵。

 

9、當(dāng)多臺(tái)水泵并聯(lián)運(yùn)行時(shí)，應(yīng)繪制水泵和熱網(wǎng)水力特性曲線，確定其工作點(diǎn)，進(jìn)行水泵選擇。

進(jìn)口循環(huán)管道泵工作條件：

1. 泵系統(tǒng)工作壓力為1.6Mpa,即泵吸入口壓力+泵揚(yáng)程≤1.6Mpa（泵系統(tǒng)工作壓力高于1.6Mpa時(shí)，應(yīng)在訂貨時(shí)另行提出，以便在制造時(shí)泵的過流部件和聯(lián)接部采用鑄鋼。
   2、輔送介質(zhì)為清水或物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)類似清水的其它液體（輸送介質(zhì)帶有細(xì)小顆粒時(shí)，應(yīng)在訂貨時(shí)另行提出，以便裝配耐磨式機(jī)械密封）所輸送介質(zhì)中固體顆粒體積含量不超過單位體積的0．1％，粒度<0．2mm。
   3、周圍環(huán)境溫度不超過40℃,海拔高度不超過1000m，相對濕度不超過95%。
